Delivery & Returns

 

We make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly and safely as possible. We understand many of the items ordered on our website are purchased as presents and need to arrive by a particular date. In order to help make sure your order arrives on time we have provided a number of delivery options depending on where in the world you live, the value of your order, and the total weight of your order.

For suspected missing or lost orders our shipping carriers allow us to open an investigation only after 28 days of no movement has elapsed. Investigations can take up to 14 days to complete. In the unfortunate event a parcel has been identified as lost in transit, our Customer Support Team will work with you to find the best resolution.

On the rare occassion an order has been marked as 'delivered' by the carrier but is yet to arrive, please first check that your parcel has not been left with a neighbour or in your designated 'safe place'. Order tracking is not 100% accurate, so please allow an additonal 24 hours for the parcel to complete it's journey after in has been marked as 'delivered'. If the parcel does not arrive within 24 hours of the marked delivery date, our Customer Support Team must be notified of this within 7 days of the marked delivery date in order to assist you.

 

UK Delivery

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible using one of the following delivery services.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Delivery times are typically 2 - 5 working days from collection and can be fully tracked during delivery. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
  • DHL Domestic Express - Delivery times are typically 2 - 4 working days from collection. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

 

European Delivery

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible using one of the following delivery services.

  • Deutsche Post DHL Packet Tracked - Delivery times are typically 10 - 15 working days from collection and can be fully tracked during delivery. Delivery times are not guaranteed. We are unable to control the speed of Customs once your parcel arrives in the destination country.
  • FedEx International Priority - Delivery times are typically 3 - 5 working days from collection. Delivery times are not guaranteed due to potential delays with customs checks or air traffic.

 

Rest of the World Delivery

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible using one of the following delivery services.

  • Deutsche Post DHL Packet Tracked - Delivery times are typically 10 - 15 working days from collection. Delivery times are not guaranteed. We are unable to control the speed of Customs once your parcel arrives in the destination country. 
  • DHL Global Express - Delivery times are typically 3 - 5 working days from collection. Delivery times are not guaranteed due to potential delays with customs checks or air traffic.

 

Returns

Damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Please email clear pictures to our Customer Support Team.

If you have simply changed your mind and wish to return a product, you must inform us within 14 days. Items need to be sent back to our warehouse for inspection and may be subject to a restocking fee.
